Asian Tahini Dressing

  • 3 Tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons coconut vinegar
  • 2½ Tablespoons tamari
  • 2½ Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • A pinch of salt
  1. Soak the sesame seeds and sunflower seeds for 8 hours. Drain and rinse well.
  2. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Avoid running the blended too long as it will heat up the dressing.
  3. Store in an air-tight container. Keeps for 3 day in the refrigerator.
