Raw Vegan Acai Bowl

Serves: 2
If you are using the frozen unsweetened acai packs:
  • 2 frozen unsweetened acai packs
  • 2 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 3-5 medjool dates (adjust to taste)
If you are using the frozen, sweetened acai packs:
  • 2 frozen sweetened acai packs
  • 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • Some granola, sliced banana, your choice of fruits, etc for topping
  1. Breakup the acai packs before you take it out of the packaging and put it into the blender.
  2. Add bananas and dates if you are using the unsweetened acai packs, or just the banana if you are using the sweetened kind and blend until smooth. If you are using the Vitamix, use the tamper to jam the acai and banana into the blade to make it nice and smooth.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and top it with granola, sliced bananas, and whatever you please!
If you are using the unsweetened acai packs:
If your dates are firm, soak them in water until they get soft for about 30mins-1hour.

If you are using a regular blender, you can add a little bit of water or almond milk to help it blend. Be sure to add only the amount you need to run it and no more, as if you over do it, you'll end up with an acai smoothie.
