Instant Raw Vegan Coconut Milk

Serves: 2-3
- 1 cups unsweetened shredded coconut or coconut flakes
- 2 cups water
- Blend the shredded coconuts or coconut flakes and water in a blender for 2.5 - 3 minutes.
- Strain the milk with a nut milk bag or a sieve and store in the refrigerator in a closed container.
Keep for 5 days in the refregirator.
