Raw Vegan Garlic Tahini Dressing

  • ¼ + ⅛ cup raw tahini
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1-2 garlic cloves roughly chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ + ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • A few cracks of black pepper
  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Store in an air-tight container and keep it in the refrigerator.
Feel free to use regular tahini if you cannot find raw tahini.

Keeps in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
