Raw Vegan Herbed Parmesan Cheese

  • ½ cup cashews
  • 4 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¾ -1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • A small pinch of black pepper
  1. Place all the ingredients into the food processor.
  2. Pulse until it becomes fine parmesan like granules.
  3. Store in an air-tight container.
Keeps for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
