Raw Vegan Matcha Green Tea Latte

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass filled with ice and top it with some coconut whipped cream and a dusting of the matcha on top.
Feel free to adjust the intensity of matcha and the level of sweetness to your liking.

I recommend using the coconut whipped cream (not raw but vegan and gluten-free)over the raw vegan coconut whipped cream. Making raw vegan coconut whipped cream is quite a bit labor intensive compared to the non-raw one, and I think it's unnecessary to go through that just to use as a topping for a latte.
