Raw Vegan Apple Pie Smoothie

  • 1½ large apples or 2 small apples
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2-3 dates
  • 1 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon non-alcohol vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • A small pinch of nutmeg
  • A pinch of salt
  • ¼ - ½ cup water
  • A small handful of ice cubes
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon as garnish (optional)
  1. Core the apples and roughly chop them up.
  2. Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour it into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
If you would like to make this into a green smoothie, add some baby spinach.
