Apple Peanut Butter Smoothie

  • 2 apples cored and chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter (substitute other nut butters if you are allergic to peanuts)
  • A small handful of ice
  • ½ cup water or your choice of plant-based milk
  1. Blend all of the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
*Pick the cleanest peanut butter you can find. Ideally, ingredients should only be roasted peanuts.
