Raw Vegan Mint Chocolate Smoothie

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 Tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 12 mint leaves (*If you are not using the peppermint extract, use ¼ cup packed tightly)
  • A dash of peppermint extract (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup water
  • A pinch of salt
  • Some cacao nibs for topping (optional)
  1. Blend all of the ingredients except the cacao nibs in the blender until smooth.
  2. Pour it into a glass and top it with some cacao nibs.
