Raw Vegan Mint Chocolate Smoothie

- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 Tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 3 medjool dates
- 12 mint leaves (*If you are not using the peppermint extract, use ¼ cup packed tightly)
- A dash of peppermint extract (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 cup water
- A pinch of salt
- Some cacao nibs for topping (optional)
- Blend all of the ingredients except the cacao nibs in the blender until smooth.
- Pour it into a glass and top it with some cacao nibs.
