Peanut butter and jelly. I often wonder who the genius was that came up with this magical combination. I remember the reaction I had when I first heard of PB&J. I was born in Japan but moved to Long Island when I was 5 years old. When I entered first grade, I soon heard about this peanut butter and jelly thing. It sounded weird to me, but since every kid around me loved this thing called PB&J, I asked my mom to make it for me. Wow! It was love at first bite. I don’t think I need to describe its magic because everybody knows already. I moved back to Japan several years later and to my disappointment, I found that the Japanese peanut butter never tasted like the American ones, which meant the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches I made in Japan never taste the same. Well, fast forward to now living in the states again, needless to say I was and am happy I can enjoy my beloved PB&J again. So even though it isn’t 100% raw because of the peanut butter, I like to enjoy it in all forms. That is how this peanut butter and jelly smoothie came about. It is one of my favorite smoothies, especially as a post workout drink. But I don’t think I have to convince you how awesome a PB&J smoothie is. Right?
All you have to do is blend everything up in the blender and you will have a tasty PB&J smoothie! Delicious and good for you. Yes, those qualities can coexist. Trust me on this!

Hey there! This is kind of off topic but I need some guidance from an established blog.
Is it difficult to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal
but I can figure things out pretty fast. I’m thinking about making
my own but I’m not sure where to begin. Do you have any points or suggestions?
Thank you

Hi, I would start by figuring out how your want your site to look like.
Maybe pick out a few sites you like the look of.
Once you know what you want, it’ll be easier to set up.
Hope this helps!
