Ever since I was a small child, one of my favorite things to snack on is apple slices with peanut butter. It is easy to prepare, clean, and tasty! I always have apples and peanut butter on hand so I thought, “Why not make it a smoothie?” And so I did. That’s how this apple peanut butter smoothie come to be. Crisp and refreshing, if you like apple slices and peanut butter, it’s kind of a no brainer so come and give it a try!
To make this smoothie, all you have to do is blend everything until smooth and voila! Apple peanut butter smoothie ready to be sipped! Enjoy!

- 2 apples cored and chopped
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter (substitute other nut butters if you are allergic to peanuts)
- A small handful of ice
- ½ cup water or your choice of plant-based milk
- Blend all of the ingredients in the blender until smooth.

I am so happy to hear that you love my apple pie smoothie! This one may look like it’s layered but it’s actually not layered. I just smeared some peanut butter on inside of the glass before I poured the smoothie in. Super easy to do:) Hope you like this one too! xx
